• Industrial Property Inspection

Based on the inspection point documentation provided by the property management, the area comprises multi-story buildings(Floors 1 to 9) and a three-level underground space. It encompasses various functional zones including water tank rooms, gas meter rooms, ventilation fan rooms, power distribution rooms, pump houses, automated parking garages, corridors, platforms, commercial kitchens, and dining areas. An automated inspection solution is designed to enhance operational efficiency, reducelabor costs, and ensure consistent inspection quality.

    Overall Architecture

The system adopts a holistic stratified architecture, comprising the terminal layer (Lynx M20pro), network layer (wireless communication stations, access layer switches, convergence switches, transmission fiber optics, and other supporting equipment), application layer (smart management backend system hardware and software systems), AI algorithm layer (visual algorithms, audio algorithms, temperature detection algorithms, etc.), and interaction layer (smart interactive display terminals, intelligent driving cabins, etc.). This layered design establishes a complete intelligent inspection management system, enhancing the level of intelligent operation and management.

    Application Architecture

The application architecture is illustrated in the figure below. The hardware layer consists of various detection devices, providing fundamental hardware support for inspection. Data collected by the hardware layer is uploaded via on-site wireless Wi-Fi networks to the software end, where it is presented as the data layer. Using corresponding protocols, the software end defines various types of data at the service layer, enabling data analysis. At the application layer, based on the attributes of the data, modularized and practical application logic is delivered to users in the most realistic manner. After processing through all layers, the results are ultimately displayed intuitively on the interface in categorized form at the presentation layer.
